Original Sash Repairs is a sash window repair company that is located in London. We are ready to help people and fulfill the intended goals. We like our city, so we are trying to make it a better place to live in. One of ways how we try to do it is by installing great sash windows to citizen‘s homes. This change can reduce the amount of energy used to warm up the house. It can also reduce carbon emissions and it is an important topic for the whole world now.
About scholarship
The least that we can do to support young people who have passion for education and wants to live a better life is to provide a yearly scholarship for 1 talented student. This year, we have chosen a topic that fits different students from all around the world, whether or not they have visited London. Those who did can write from first-hand experience. Those who didn’t can make a research and use imagination. The topic is “London Part of the World – What‘s Different Here”. Feel free to use creativity and all the resources that you have.
Requirements
In order to become eligible for the $700 prize, you need to follow these steps:
Write a 1,500-word essay on topic “London Part of the World – What‘s Different Here”. If you live in or have ever visited London, we are sure you have plenty of inspiration and ideas what to compare. For those who have never visited the city, please do the research and compare the things that are different in London and your city.
– The essay must be saved in PDF and sent to our email scholarship@originalsashrepairs.co.uk
Make sure your email includes the following: your full name, phone number and address; the proof that you’re currently a college student (this will depend on the country you are applying from); the subject line should be “London‘s Scholarship Application”
– Do all these steps before June 20, 2018.
– We will announce the winner on our website on July 20, 2018. The winner will be contacted so we can send them their check.
– Note that by sending us your essay, you automatically accept that we may share it on our website. Your personal information will remain safe with us and be used only for the purpose of contacting the winner.
